Steven has been with Alexanders from the moment we sold our first cars in 2005, and is responsible for the smooth running of Alexanders Prestige’s and Alexanders Horseboxes’ three aftersales departments. Before joining us, he managed a multi-franchised body shop for a dealership in Ripon.

If you’ve ever called our aftersales department, you’ve probably already spoken to Joe. He’s the first point of contact for all aftersales clients, and is responsible for booking in customer cars and providing them with all the information and assistance they need. After studying business at college, Joe joined Alexanders in 2012, and he can be found in our reception area at the showroom.
