The Ariel Atom 4 represents one of the most extreme road-legal driver’s cars ever produced - a lightweight, open-wheel performance machine engineered with an uncompromising focus on speed, feedback and mechanical purity. Powered by a turbocharged 2.0-litre Honda-derived four-cylinder producing 320 bhp as standard, this example has the optional Performance Package, raising power to 350 bhp. The engine drives the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual gearbox, delivering 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 162 mph.

At just 595 kg, the Atom 4 achieves an exceptional power-to-weight ratio, resulting in unparalleled acceleration and responsiveness. Its exposed tubular chassis, double wishbone suspension and lack of conventional bodywork maximise driver connection, while advanced optional features are available to bring modern performance capability to an otherwise analogue experience.
